PROGRAM OFFERINGS

Therapeutic Services

Licensed clinicians deliver evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy using approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
Therapeutic interventions focus on emotional regulation, trauma recovery, skill development, and behavioral stabilization. Each youth receives an individualized treatment plan reviewed at least every 30 days and updated based on measurable progress.

Case Management Services

Case management ensures coordination of all aspects of care including clinical services, education, family involvement, legal entities, and discharge planning.
Case managers facilitate communication among treatment team members, advocate for resident needs, and develop transition and aftercare plans to promote community reintegration and long-term stability.

Pharmacological & Nursing Services
Bridge Point provides on-site and/or telehealth psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and nursing services.
All pharmacological care is delivered under the supervision of licensed prescribers and in compliance with CARF standards, OAC 5122-30, and applicable medication administration policies.
Youth and families receive education about prescribed medications, side effects, and the importance of adherence to promote safety and recovery.
